Movie Cartoonizer

Movie Cartoonizer converts movie clips into cartoonized GIF animations and cartoonized video. It is most suitable for creating short animated clips, but can be used to make longer clips too. Movie Cartoonizer extends Photo to Cartoon software and uses similar approach to image editing.

Movie Cartoonizer allows a lot of flexibility during the conversion process. It is possible to edit individual frames (and these edits propagate to the following frames whenever possible) and it is also possible to use user-defined and automatic masks to ensure consistency between frames.
