Frames per Second

Frames per Second defines the way the input movie is split into frames. It does not affect the animation playback speed; the playback speed can be set later on. If a small number of frames per second is selected, than the result animation will have fewer frames for the same video duration and will be more chunky. If larger number is selected, the animation will be smoother. For most projects, 5 frames per second is a reasonable setting. The Frame per Second control sets the desired frequency of frames. The actual frequency is limited by the resolution of the video and the CPU of the processor.
